Anaconda Vertical Twin Head Strapper

Introduction to our Anaconda Vertical Twin Head machine.

The Anaconda is our vertical strapper designed for the Corrugated market equipped with either one or two strapping heads and has a motor driven pressing plate allowing this machine to apply up to 2000kg of compression to a pallet of paper or cardboard.

The Anaconda pallet compression strapping machine is designed to compress palletised products before they are strapped. In a single cycle the machine simultaneously apply 2 vertical straps either polyester or polypropylene after the compression weight has been achieved. It can be added to an existing automatic line or integrated into a new pallet handling system that generally includes wrapping.

This machine is designed for corrugated board, paper sacks, cut sheet paper, printed media, etc

Single or twin strapping head options with internal conveyor or a turntable to achieve cross strapping can be applied to the standard machine.

2,000kg of pressing force is available as a standard with a variety of arch widths to suit board sizes and specific throughput demands.

Up to 120 pallets per hour (applying 2 straps)
