Python Vertical Strapper
Introduction to our Python Vertical machine.
The Python strapping machine applies a strap vertically in combination with either a sword assembly or fixed arch track. This allows the straps to secure the product to the pallet or to the surface of the product itself.
The Python is fully automated and very versatile in its design concept; we can supply it with conveyors assuming parallel strapping is required or a turntable if cross strapping is required.
Specific applications such as Twin-head, twin-sword models are available which apply two vertical straps simultaneously to increase production output capacity.
Further options can be supplied such as a side shift device to apply a series of vertical straps.
The Atlanta friction strapping head mounted centrally with the ability to compensate and contact the product with a floating guard assembly that protects the head when moving to the product surface.
The head is designed to use either polypropylene or polyester strapping materials, according to specification.
Various bespoke configurations to suit all industries are available as special options.
