Lybra

Introduction to our fully automatic Lybra Machine.

Lybra is an automatic, rotating arm pallet wrapper that offers a new range of solutions for those customers needing to wrap very light, unstable loads where a rotating turntable machine is inappropriate. The standard machine comes with parameter adjustments for arm rotation speed, independent carriage speed in both up and down cycles, independent film tension in both directions and selectable reinforcing wraps. The auto film grab clamp cuts off at the cycle end and can be enhanced with film tail welding if required.

The fully automatic machine can be set up with with up to 99 different programmes and is the ideal solution where space is particularly limited and the throughput is relatively slow. If required as a semi-automatic machine, it can also be wall mounted for further space saving.
