Introduction to our fully automatic Revolution machine.

Revolution stretch wrapper is a simple, conventional and robust, fully automatic rotating arm machine. When installed in a conveyor line the machine requires little intervention other than to change the rolls of film. The standard Revolution range is available in three basic types; standard, heavy-duty and double head, plus numerous options to suit individual applications. Pallet output ranges up to 100 pallets/hour depending on the specifications and particulars of the line concerned.

Revolution LS/HS

The LS and HS models represent the entry point for Atlanta’s conventional four-leg, rotary arm pallet stretch wrappers – a concept which remains simple, robust and has been proven over decades.

The LS can generally be considered for light industrial duty for lower throughputs. The HS is designed to operate at an increased speed for higher throughputs up to around 65 pallets/hour.

Both versions are available with integrated top sheet applicator and are compatible with Atlanta’s wide range of options to suit your application.

Revolution Double

Based on the Revolution HS, the ‘Double’ has 2 x PRS pre-stretch carriages for faster wrap cycles and increased throughput capability at up to 100 pallets/hour.

Each carriage operates independently utilising just one cut and clamp unit for both film tails. Meaning access to re-load both film reels can be done from one single side of the conveyor. The parameter set-up is simple, via the easy-to-use HMI.

There is also the option to switch to single reel operation, using either carriage. Available with an integrated top sheet applicator and compatible with Atlanta UK’s wide range of options to suit your application.
