Omega Standard

The Omega pallet wrapper is designed primarily for high speed, high throughput lines. Incorporating technology unique to Atlanta with excess of 650 units supplied and operating globally to date.

Most notable of the patented designs is that the motor drive of the film feed rollers is mounted on the fixed frame…. Not the rotating ring. As a result, there is no need for slip ring contacts or complicated systems for generating or transmitting power to the rotating ring. Weight is reduced resulting in better balance and greater rotation speed.

Direct connection to the film drive motor enables precise “in cycle” control and variation of film tension from the HMI screen.

Less maintenance due to simplicity of the system and eradication of those elements that would normally cause frequent faults and interruption.

Stargate Horizontal

The Stargate is a horizontal stretch wrap machine utilising the Omega concept and technology for efficient, secure and protective stretch wrapping of long or bundled product such as extrusions, wood / plaster board, timber products etc.

Palletiser Wrapper

Atlanta have developed a special version of the Omega pallet wrapper consisting only the high-speed wrapping ring which can be married with an automatic palletiser to create a highly effective combi- machine.
